Makar Electronics Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1986 by Mr. Rajendra Patil, a technocrat, as its Managing Director. The first manufacturing plant is at Banashankari II Stage having 6000 Sq.ft of shop floor, in Bangalore and the second unit started in 1993 in its new premises of over 12,000 sq.ft. of shop floor in Electronics City.
The Directors of the company are Mr. S.S. Basawanal and Mr. G.S. Patil.
